While we are currently living in uncertain times, we hope that you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe. The health and safety of our employees is of utmost importance to us. Our customers, employees, and communities mean a great deal to us and we make decisions based on the betterment and safety of everyone involved.

Q. What is Artisan Charms doing to keep employees safe?
A. We have distributed 85% of our team to work remotely, from the comfort of their homes. For the remaining employees who are essential to help with shipping, we have created separate sections for each employee in our warehouse. This insures that employees are not interacting with ANYONE. Moreover, we're constantly cleaning and disinfecting multiple times a day. 

Q. Why is my order delayed?
A. We ship orders from both our facilities overseas (in Asia) and the U.S. For orders from Asia, we've experienced numerous delays in shipments and delivery logistics given Covid-19. With fewer and fewer logistical transport options for cargo and goods, shipping times are being affected considerably. Because of these issues, we've ceased shipment from Asia and are now only shipping from the U.S. For orders placed prior to May 1st, our U.S. factory faced delays as we took extra precautions in our warehouse to keep our teams safe. However, orders placed after May 1st are being delivered like normal.

Q. How delayed is my order?
A. For orders placed prior to May 1st, we've experienced delays of 2-4 weeks.

Q. How does this affect your return policy?
A. Our normal return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your items. We've adjusted this to 60 days given Covid-19.

Q. My order is very delayed - what can you do?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience faced. If your order is delayed over 1.5 months, let us know by e-mail and we can either refund your purchase or send a replacement to you using a priority shipping option.
